WordKit is built so that everyday text tools can run without sending your draft to our servers.

Tool text stays in your browser

Word counting, case conversion, text cleaning, compare, and find & replace are implemented as client-side features. The content you type or paste into these tools is processed locally in your browser for the core product experience. We do not operate a default “upload your document” pipeline for tool input.

What this site may still process

  • Standard web server and hosting logs (for example IP address, user agent, requested URL) that hosting providers typically collect.
  • Optional analytics (for example Google Analytics) and, if we enable them later, advertising scripts (for example Google AdSense). Those third parties have their own policies.
  • Contact or feedback you voluntarily send us by email or form (if offered).

Cookies

The core tools do not require an account cookie. If we add analytics or ads, third-party cookies or similar technologies may be used as described by those vendors. Language preference may be stored locally in your browser when the Chinese UI is enabled.

Children

The site is a general-purpose utility. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children as part of the tool workflow.

Changes

If product behavior changes (for example optional cloud features), we will update this page. The headline promise for v1 remains: local processing of tool text by default.
